SPACE1 DIVERSIFIED ROCKET PROPULSION
Space1 venture to open up safe space tourism to the world, has now diversified its means of rocket propulsion. 

This month, Space1 has opened up divisions for the development of new rocket engines using fuel of hydrogen and oxygen under pneumatic control. Dubbed Level 1 rocket technology, these new rockets will be tested and developed at Taiwan's Super Xinyi SpacePort.

This supplements solid black powder rocket motors previously used. Two new unnamed 2015 rockets are currently under construction for the fleets rocket motor diversification. These rocket motors represent a significant reduction in fuel cost, refueling turnaround times, refurbishing, and the time in which a rocket launch can be recycled for the next launch. Pneumatic fuel fed rockets are more safe and can be launched in remote grassland spaceports with complete fire safety protocol.

Both rocket motors are very light weight, however the fuel is much heavier. Tests are being conducted to determine the maximum apogees when the new motors are installed in rockets, and the best delivery methods for space tourism. If chosen, one or both rocket motors can help substantially reduce the cost of going into space, making the price of space tourism realistically affordable.

Space1 Spaceport Bonanza - Rockets in South Korea Singapore Taiwan USA

"Space Concrete for a kilometer" - the new modern Space1 Xinyi Super Spaceport in Taiwan has a "kilometer of concrete" poured for rocket launch and clear rocket reentry and retrieval. With no obstruction, trees, man-made structures, or occluding debris, the spaceport is a boon and hive of space activity for rapid peacetime operations.

Located directly at the apex of entry is the MRT futuristic railway for transporting passengers to the spaceport for space tourism, scientists for testing and conducting launch operations, and moving equipment for launches.

The spaceport includes directly adjacent modern centers shopping, lodging, food, parking, and access points for rocket scientists and astronauts participating in peaceful space tourism. Space1 operations security precludes the display of current rocket activities in this photo.

Space1, a venture of peaceful space rockets to launch space tourism from points across the world, has expanded very quickly with more international worldwide spaceports.

This week, Space1 opened up the new Class 1 Xinyi Super Spaceport which has numerous unique features of massive flood light illumination for night launch capability, modern high speed railway transportation, lodging, restaurants, parking and possibly the countries largest concreted area for clear access to rocket launching and reentry.

The list of spaceports include 2 in the USA, 2 in Taiwan, 4 in Singapore and 1 in South Korea, for a total of 9. Space1 President & Rockets in France and Italy

SPACE1 PRESIDENT & ROCKETS IN FRANCE AND ITALY
Space1's futuristic nature is moving right along. The President is meeting in three countries, including France and Italy, to discuss the establishment and opening of two new spaceports in 2015.

 











































Space1 is moving quick on many evolutionary projects, with a growing team of highly qualified and educated international experts, who are highly motivated in bringing peaceful space tourism to the world.

The exact location of both spaceports will be hammered out in presidential meetings over this month. Stay tuned to the blog for more incoming information.

This will bring up Space1's total number of countries to include USA, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, France and Italy.

Space1 Alien Egg Matter Discovery

When obtaining eggs as parts for the construction of a space program rocket recently described, some things were discovered inside the egg.

Three eggs were obtained, two of which had the oozing matter. The matter in the first egg appeared to be liquid metal and the second was clear with green glitter inside. The two were mixed and appeared to have similar consistency when the photo was taken.

contained many little parts to build an alien space machine and a small alien man. Instructions were included (see photos).

We consider the small man to be a space faring astronaut from another world, to be sent out in our rocket. The man parts were found in a little plastic bag. You can see his dismembered head inside.

The machine parts, which weight practically nothing, will be perfect for construction of the rocket's interior.

Space1 Model Space Program Part 2 Rocket Parts

Last time we introduced the idea of running your own space program at the small model rocket hobby level. This time we will look at finding some parts to build your own rocket at extremely low cost.


Eggs make perfect nosecones
OBJECTIVE
The first objective is to collect together all the parts needed to build a rocket. It's estimated a small rocket (1.5 or 1.75-inches in diameter) can build for about $3 using common materials. A larger 2.5-inch rocket could cost about $5. This compares to store kits ranging from $20 to $50.

You will need some extra things like a motor and a launcher, and we'll talk about these things in more detail later.

Some parts come in packages with enough material for several rockets. Some parts are purchased as "spares" for future rockets of varying sizes. We will calculate the cost of each part used, for just one rocket.

TRIP TO THE DOLLAR STORE
Ok, so let's make a quick trip to the dollar store to make our first purchases. We found three different size eggs. Although there is no such thing as an Easter egg in Taiwan as Easter is generally not celebrated (most people are atheist or Buddhist), packaging in the shape of an egg was found.

Two smaller egg packages held a kind of silly putty and the largest egg held a LEGO knockoff copy by the Chinese brand Wange. The larger egg contained many small treasures, ideal for building rocket devices and a tiny surprise. More on this later.

NOSECONE
The first purchase was an egg shaped package for the rocket nosecone. This was found in 3 sizes, small at 1.5-inches diameter, medium at about 1.75-inch and a large at 2.5-inches. The cost was 15, 20 and 80 NT dollars respectively. This amounts to USA cost of $.50, $.66 and $2.66.A toilet paper roll tube is 4-inches long, a diameter of 1.75-inches and perfectly fits the medium size egg.

The final item purchased is elastic for sports pants waist band. Number 2 is the width size at .25-inch and 20 yards is the length. It should be enough elastic shock cord material to make 40 rockets. The cost is NT$40 or US$1.33. That figures to about US$.04 per rocket.

As this has an exterior fabric base it will be fireproofed for protection against the ejection charge. However, we are working on a new design that insulates the parachute and the shock cord from the hot ejection charge. More about this later too.

The material has a stretch rate of 
6-inches at rest and stretches to a max of one foot long. The material is rather consistent in this regard, with a ratio of 1:2 as 1-foot will stretch to about 2'2". The material has a stable spring constant, as a test, stretching a six inch length fifty times, has no apparent deviation. Breaking point is undetermined. In a poundage test pull, the material did not break under 200 pounds momentarily applied.

Perhaps, but today we are pondering the Venus Fly Trap, a plant that can eat raw meat. When did plants on Earth develop the taste for meat and perhaps the desire for flesh of large worms, arachnids and other insects?

Buy these plants at the flower market, but don't buy a big one! (unless you have a friend that can periodically check the belly of the plant if you go missing)

The process appears to have happened through evolution, when a specific type of plant could no longer find enough nourishment through the soil and then began to absorb nutrients through its plant body parts.

These plants are small now and take years to grow to maturity, but some bigger varieties inspire the imagination as to what their hefty appetites might consume.

It's interesting to note, during the day, the plants open their mouths to eat, but during the night, the mouths will close so they can sleep. This plant has eight hungry mouths.

The Coin that Weighs Nothing!

In every instance, going into space must be engineered with reason and purpose, that of smaller, lighter, and more efficient means.

For example, a recent blog introduced the living rocket invention, where the rocket itself is alive and the components and structures have intelligence and purpose.

A more recent blog introduced the One Year Anniversary Coin, signifying Space1's mission success throughout the year 2014 and beginning into 2015.

The coin was minted and engineered to go into space. It has small size, almost no weight (that of a few milligrams), and is made very efficient with practically no thickness. How is this accomplished?

The special space flying coin version is minted on a substrate alloy of paper and ink. This allows carrying tens or hundreds into space at one time, without deterring from original payload weight and the rocket's lofting capabilities.

The coin could be made even lighter, by transforming it into zeros and ones of computer programming language and carrying it aloft as data.

However, the weight and size of the media to hold it, while small and minuscule (as in the case of a tiny usb stick), still adds weight. However, in the case of lofting thousands of coins, the cloning of data makes the media extremely efficient.

The image can also be patterned and compressed, allowing tens of thousands of coins to be lofted in a single rocket. (see illustrations) 

In one possible promotion, the names of people going into space are placed each on a coin, and when returned from space, the coins become souvenirs from space.

SPACE1 Industries has released the minting design for the Space1 Commemorative Coin, a coin that commemorates the first anniversary of one full year operation.

The coin is a lucky coin, as when flipped, it has no tail and always has a head face, representing moving forward into space, towards the future and the destiny of the human race.

It's the rarest of rare minted coins due to extremely low mintage, making the coin extremely valuable to space collectors. Dated 2015, and marked SPACE1 INDUSTRIES, the coin depicts the earth, the wreath of peaceful space exploration, and 5 important first year stars.

The stars represent the first year's founding members. The largest star represents the Founding Father of Space1. The remaining four stars additionally show the first year countries: USA, Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore respectively.

The 24 dots at the top of the coin are symbolic of the first 24 rocket versions completed during the first year of operation.

The 34 petals of the peace wreath signify safe launches of Space1's safety rocket and the continuing safety of Space1 operations both on the land and in space.

The Earth is symbolically divided up into 15 triangular or parallelogram frontal face sections representing future expansion. Expansion may include operations with space ports, rocket labs, and business nodes. The Earth symbology embodies a circular cut Mercator map projection, thus all 15 sections represent the entire surface of the Earth, encompassing all 6/7 continents.

It was a series of evolutionary Space1 steps with the implantation of small and minuscule modular machine thinking life form nodes into rockets. As these nodes were spatially integrated and intellectually distributed, they evolved to become a connective part of a new type of rocket, making the rocket a living rocket, a living life form.

Space1 continues another year of work on the incredible intelligent space life forms. This may be called artificial life but we prefer machine life, denoting the life is real and not something fake or artificial.

Space life forms SLF will seed space with a cognitive presence to help mankind move outward into new domains of an exciting adventure, to explore the unknown, to find new things that boggle the imagination, and to go where no one has tread before.

The Big Brain initiative has merged with Space1, and spawned many new life forms, a kind of machine offspring, smaller, lighter weight, now being pruned and developed, and prepped for more detailed space journeys of an exploratory and "pave the way" nature. 

Many rocket flights in the history of space travel have gone wrong. In those fleeting moments of instantaneous anomaly and when insanity threatens human life, humans cannot think and react fast enough to correct many dangerous situations. The rapid thinking machine life form is ideally suited for this purpose, reacting tens, hundreds or thousands of times faster than a human.

When equipped and grown with robotic or specific types of sensors and motion control, the SLF can correct in-flight anomaly, and make a space journey more comfortable and safe. It can also multi-processor multitask taking care of many space journey duties.

For rockets, the SLF can data log flight information, provide tracking and homing signals, initiate parachute release at the proper time, and provide safety protocol.

INTRODUCTION: Space1, the startup space tourism venture is introducing a MODEL SPACE PROGRAM for everyone with a passion for space and interested in modeling their own space program.

This is a real space program, with real flying model rockets at a small scale. The program uses modeling crafts and art to recreate functional models of rockets that can loft payloads and science equipment using small scale rocket engines.

The project is operated at the hobby level for fun, at the educational level for learning, and/or at the school level for science projects and credits. It can serve as an elective in scouting and 4H, and open up new doors of science and understanding.

We as a human civilization are just beginning to break the bonds of familiar gravity and move outward, upward into the vast realm of solar system space. As a species, to survive and continue the human race, it is inevitable that we begin to step up our move ever outward into the cosmos. As more people get on board with the program, the excitement of founding a new path to the stars and beyond will be inevitable.
