Brain Cortex Philosophy Part 32

BRAIN CORTEX PHILOSOPHY PART 32
The Latin phrase cogito ergo sum "I think, therefore I am" is a great philosophical proposition by RenĂ© Descartes. The simple meaning is that thinking about one’s existence proves —in and of itself— that an "I" exists to do the thinking.

In the case of the Lab’s ongoing development of living machines and electric brains which have the ability to “know,” the apparent defining element of existence becomes knowledge, and therefore our definition is “I know, therefore I exist.”

In the Quantum world, the act of knowing or observing causes changes the field. In the machine world, the act of knowing creates changes towards the establishment of life. Knowing leads to cognition. Knowing leads to learning. Knowing retains memories and experiences. Knowing can create character and personality.

ABOUT THE MACHINE CORTEX BRAIN PROJECT
This project objective is to develop a cortex machine brain, demonstrate a human-to-machine brain transfer, in particular to take some relatively simple characteristics of a human brain and transfer portions to the machine brain, whereby human traits could be given greater life longevity, leading towards immortality.
