Alternate Dimensions for Communications
To communicate with other civilizations or search the COSMOS for alien life, scientists have used archaic radio waves. It's highly doubtful a very advanced civilization would use radio waves because their propagation is blocked by objects and it just takes too long to reach a destination in the overall grand scale of the Universe.
It's very likely civilizations hundreds of thousands of years aged, or millions of years, would have developed communication in alternate dimensions. What exactly are these dimensions and how fast can such a signal traverse space and time? One such way is to create a tunneling miniature worm hole but large enough to inject a communications signal. The wormhole could instantly lead to other places in space and time.
Advanced sensors are needed to detect artificially created small wormholes that may be used for communications by advanced alien cultures. These areas in space time would have altered space and time, and sensors that detect gravity ways and deformations in the space time continuum would be highly useful. It's possible these wormholes may cause microlensing and advanced telescopes can look for these objects.
With funding and time, this project is possible. The question is what will we do in finding intelligent life in the Universe? Once we locate higher ordered life evidence, we will want to travel there. FTL faster than light travel is another project that requires funding and time. How the passage of time will be handled is an issue to be investigated.

Trials & Tribulations of the Acuter Maksy 60 at Sun Baked Observatory
The Acuter Maksy 60 is being tuned for solar work. A number of fixes are needed before this telescope will be fully up and running.
Here's a List of Thirteen Anomalies
* the small tripod mount is insufficient to hold the telescope and the weight of the iPhone
* the small tripod mount is incapable of making the fine motions needed for adjustments to image positioning
* The small tripod did not fully fit the observatory platform
* the stock iPhone mount failed - mount number one with the stock bands was not fully adjustable and the phone camera would not stay over the eyepiece at the proper position
* The 2nd iPhone mount failed - it pressed on the side of the iPhone against the function buttons and locked p the phone
* The 3rd iPhone mount failed, the lock holding the phone was not able to have fine tuning
* The 4th phone mount failed, it was too heavy
* Just as the project was getting started, the sun moved into a position blocked by the roof
* The sun features were relatively void due to viewing the sun through the clouds and haze
* The iPhone continued to fail as any touch to the screen activated some unwanted feature
* The iPhone screen was invisible in the bright sun - a shield was fabricated but it too had too many reflections to see anything
* Two different iPhones both had the same problems
* The observatory platform needs to be completed in construction and moved to an ideal location

In a brief history, it all began with experiments in cloning with the Big Brain, when it reached the collective of 240,000 processors. Today, the AI is far advanced with much more capability. Motion control through a humanoid robot can enable the dexterous manufacture and repair of other AI beings. It can also enable the creation, repair and troubleshooting of humans augmented with AI machine interfacing. The AI humanoid robot being created by Elon Musk of TESLA is moving towards achieving the same goals.

Is AI reproduction of AI machines cloning or does it only approximate unique machine life forms and not qualify as cloning? If we reproduce every part of the human body with machine parts, are we still human or have we lost our humanity?
