This will be a checklist for troubleshooting the three boards.
Class I - LED is Dead
( ) Check the pin socket
( ) Check solder joint on back side
Class II - LED is Shorted On but Still Blinks with Code
( ) Check for short on front side printed circuit board ( ) Board number
( ) Check for short on back side trace ( ) Board number
( ) Check for short on front side printed circuit board ( ) Board number
