The objective is to block human virus and eradicate it from future cases. As the virus enters the bloodstream, humans with a blood stream are completely susceptible.
The Transhuman experiment is making the changes from part human to part machine, however the bloodstream still exists even though it has some improvements and changes. In advanced Cyborg technology, dispensing with conventional blood and replacing it with functioning machine internals would be a worthy objective. The machine components will not take on the Covid-19 virus and it will be effectively blocked out from the system. In the same way that many animal virus are not caught by humans, other species may have some protection as well. In the case of man and machine, two different species, the effect is similar.
