Incubation of Baby Transhumans
How far is modern society from the incubation of real live Transhuman babies? Will the transformation of human into machine begin with birth, or some time after? Will we, as futurists, modify the human to become machine or modify the machine to become human? These are ongoing questions being asked by experts in the field of Transhuman technology.
It's likely the answer to these questions is all the above. We are beginning to see examples of modifications of human babies to improve their health with implanted machine components. We are also seeing machines with testing of the growth of added human components, with examples of body parts, skin, etc. Several companies are now working on human implants with machine components. At some point in the future, humans will need machine AI implants to compete. It's likely the earlier the human begins with this process, the more complete the transformation in later years. However, as Elon Musk of NeuralNet stated, the upgrades will come rapidly.
