Enter into the realm of the human heart which is designed to fail at EOL, usually anywhere from 60 years on upwards, averaging 70s statistically. One of the most common range of failures include the heart attack induced by calcified blood distribution system that delivers oxygen throughout the lungs and body. When this plugs and gums up, life failure is imminent and severe coronary angina is the result. If help is instant, the body may be saved. If not, the subject is considered to have lived out his normal lifespan.

One new modern technological life saving technique is radial stented angioplasty. To extend life, Humanoido has opted for a coronary angioplasty procedure, also known as percutaneous coronary intervention. The procedure is done on blood vessels called coronary arteries. They supply your heart muscle with oxygen. The goal is to restore blood flow if a substance called plaque has significantly narrowed these vessels. skin and into your radial artery. Next, a flexible guidewire will be passed through the needle into your artery. Then the needle will be withdrawn. It will be exchanged for a small flexible tube called a sheath. This permits access into your artery. You may feel pressure when the doctor inserts the sheath. But you will not feel it moving inside your artery. 

Next, the guidewire will be advanced up to your heart. A flexible tube called a catheter will be advanced over the wire to your coronary arteries. The progress

of the procedure will be checked with an x-ray device called a fluoroscope. At this point, your doctor will remove the guidewire. Then, the doctor will move the tip of the catheter just inside the coronary artery to be examined. A special dye will be injected into the artery. This allows your doctor to view it better with the fluoroscope. The dye will make any blockages in the artery stand out. 

If a significant blockage is found, your doctor will insert a guidewire into the artery. A balloon on the tip of the catheter will be moved along the wire to the blockage. When the balloon inflates, it will expand the artery and improve the blood flow. You may feel some chest discomfort while this is happening. After this, your doctor will deflate and remove the balloon. A wire mesh tube called a stent may be placed in the treated area. The stent helps keep the coronary artery open. 

A doctor will choose the proper sized stent, which is compressed over a balloon. The stent will be moved into the artery over the same guidewire. When the balloon is inflated, the stent will expand and lock into place. After the balloon catheter is taken out the stent will stay in place to hold the artery open. At the end of the procedure, the guidewire will be removed.

Cyborg/Transhuman Humanoido, as of this date, has had a total of 81 mechanical/machine components implanted into his bio human body (75 + 6). Humanoido is currently living beyond his normal human bio life span by the miracles of modern medical science. While these techniques of life extension do not give one eternal immortality, they do provide the subject for a brief extension to glimpse the future. The TransHuman Humanoido at Big Brain Technologies and the Cyborg Clinic subdivision is getting a major overhaul this week to make the human side far more of a machine side.

Humanoido of Big Brain Technologies Advanced AI Systems  is getting dual surgeries, one for the implantation of AI mechanisms and interfaces, and a heart surgery that will leave behind several mechanical devices to improve heart performance and longevity. The human heart is a massive megalomaniac conglomerate of bio complexity that's off-the-scale and destined to fail at specified ages along the path of a human life span. Improving the heart with machine components in now an interim step that can literally buy time to extend longevity. If all goes well, the human cyborg can be propelled into the far future by a number of years depending upon the quality of the mechanical components and the condition of the bio side of the human body. Last time, during the first heart surgery, three machine components were added to the bio heart system. This time, it's unknown how many parts will be needed during the second heart surgery. Humanoido is slated for two additional heart surgeries for a total of four to bring the heart to a bio-mechanized level that can extend life. The AI interface installed is the 75th interface since the inception of the transhuman cyborg project began on October 29, 2019. The heart surgery is the second this year. Humanoido's goal is to have a combination of bio and mechanical parts installed to gain longevity into the next generation. Going Under the Knife

Artificial machine heart and a human heart - currently a long term machine heart is not available.  The current option is the replacement of individual human heart bio components in a state of failing. A large machine heart is used in surgery when the human bio heart needs to be stopped, but the usage of such a device is only temporary.

How many would go under the knife to replace good working bio parts if it meant living another 40 years? Maybe not many as the current thinking is use the part until it fails. However this is not a safe nor viable option if the part is a critical functioning bio component in the human heart. A failure here could mean sudden heart attack and death.

Normally one would think that predetermined medical diagnostics could detect the beginning of part failure and then it could be replaced before complete failure but reality shows this is not always the case. As the body ages, like an old car, taking it into the shop and replacing every component is not possible - at least not yet. The future solution is to get the hell out of the adult human body as soon as possible. By digitizing the brain and supplanting it into an android body, most of the ailments and sickness that take down bio humans can be eradicated into oblivion.

Humanoido is bravely on a quest of life longevity, aiming to live significantly longer and to essentially extend life for as long as possible by not only the connection and intersection of AI components into the human body (see TransHuman project details) but the replacement of heart bio parts as well.

In a brave but risky attempt, the quest for longevity is an uphill climb with potentially a minimum of three invasive bio heart surgeries, each placing new components into the bio heart to make it last years and years longer. How many years of additional life span is an unknown but there are some guidelines based on the quality of the components and data. In the first surgery, metal machine components for the heart were manufactured in Germany with materials that can potentially last to 2066, a definite jump into the future by an additional 40 years, potentially yielding a significant new lease on life, which satisfies the criteria for future time travel for the Big Brain Technologies life longevity project.

OVERHAUL YOUR HEART TO LIVE LONGER

The second surgery is significantly more involved to overhaul the engine's main pumping system (heart) and to replace the main aortic valve, making it more reliable and giving it a greater life span. If needed, the plan includes a third operation on the heart distribution center of blood platelets.

The blood flow pattern is especially important to prevent any leakage or backflow. This is accomplished by the use of tight non-leakage valves and the proper opening and closing timing sequences.

Caveat

As with any medical surgery, there are a million other things that can go wrong. We hope this is not the case and that all surgeries will go smoothly and life will be extended significantly. It's a risk like a game of Russian Roulette. In the advent of an installed part failure, another surgery can remove it to install a new one. However, there is a surgery limit with the injection of radioactive dye material during each operation - too much, too often, or too long of exposure will kill the kidneys and other internal bio organs. Other risks include death by sudden and complete component failure, component dislodging, infection, human surgical error, bleeding out, clotting, blockage, lack of healing, or a massive terminating heart attack.

Invasive Heart Surgery Surprise!

INVASIVE HEART SURGERY SURPRISE!

Humanoido has always stated the choice of non-invasive surgery over invasive. But one day when faced with a split second decision of life or death, invasive surgery was chosen to maintain life. There are several ways to repair the heart. In one brutal operation, a rib is cracked and the chest is cut wide open to access the heart. Blood is circulated through a temporary artificial heart. As diabetics heal slower, the trauma and shock from this method often results in death. Other complications: aside from infections, the additional radioactive dye is deadly to the internal organs and if circulated too long in the body for imaging, the consequences can be fatal resulting in kidney and liver failures. Often, these procedures uses Haldol to sequester the pain, assuredly killing the kidney resulting in the death of the patient or mandating going on a kidney dialysis machine for the rest of his or her shortened agonizing life.

Life & Death

Paramedics were summoned when Humanoido had only a few moments to live. Somewhere between the ambulance and at the hospital, it's believed that death occurred. However, with the finest doctors ready to go immediately into the operating room, life was given a second chance.

Family History

It was a family repeat. Humanoido's father had the same heart problem when the coronary artery blocked and he fell over, not to be successfully resuscitated. For years, Humanoido studied these findings and when Humanoido's mother too had a heart attack, it was time to plan for the worst.

Planning & Research

Research showed the drugs used to suppress pain were the cause of kidney failure, thus the doctor was previously informed to use absolutely no pain killing drugs. This decision had a good side and a bad side. The kidneys remained intact but Humanoido felt the horrendous pain of the entire operation! Plus it was no short operation - the agony continued for up to almost 3 hours, at the recommended limit at which the radioactive dye could be administered. Later the surgeon doctor revealed that a painful heart attack was ongoing throughout the surgery.

Knowing What to Expect

Humanoido had previously watched many YouTube videos showing the operation procedure, memorizing many of the steps, the time of the doctors surgical motions, and the overall effects.

Enter Angels

When you're unexpectedly kept awake during surgery without sleep inducing drugs or pain killers, and you have the sharp keen vision created by previous treatments of enhancing EECP, you see things that perhaps you were not supposed to see. Sure, the plastic wrap hid much of the procedure but the small snippets of vision put together revealed the remarkable - an otherworldly religious spiritual miracle.

The Procedure

With the support doctors flanking to the right, the nurse at the left arm and the surgical doctor in the middle, the long surgery began. Now you may or may not believe in Guardian Angels and you may or may not believe in religion. No matter. Whatever the case, the facts remain. Humanoido clearly saw the surgical doctor become an appointed Angel, performing inhuman miracle work. 

The Miracle Begins

Suddenly, his motions sped up so fast that other doctors and the nurse could not keep up. He was heard telling the nurse to back off and telling the supporting flanking doctors that he would take over. When he took over, his motions were at a blinding speed, faster than any human. Once again, the faction of the dividing line of life and death intervened as the radioactive dye could only be administered a specific period of time and time was running out.

The Transformation

His transformative session was Angelic and potentially at the minium the doctor held a superpower. As time was running out, the motions increased in speed, performing the necessary duties at lightning speed and the whole procedure was completed just in the nick of time. There was truly something spiritual happening and humanoido was not supposed to witness it. The Christian Bible says God creates an Angel by choosing a person and anointing that person with the Holy Spirit to become a Guardian Angel for however long it takes. God protects the person from ever knowing they became an Angel.

Summary

Days after the surgery, Humanoido met with the surgical doctor and asked, how did you move so fast during the surgery? The doctor didn't know what Humanoido was talking about, and didn't think he was moving fast - and had no clue his tenure as an Angel had ended. But had it ended? In a medical follow up, the surgeon doctor was seen typing on the hospital computer and entering long numbers so fast that human eyes could not follow.. and when waiting for a heart test, the doctor was seen and heard urging his medical colleagues to work faster! (obviously to save lives)

Transhuman AI Interface 37 - Changing Man into AI Machine

The AI machine interface 36 fell two days short of its fulfillment cycle and failed at the surgery entrance point of human skin to machine components contact.

The last new interface in the series was unboxed and emergency surgical procedures were utilized to immediately install AI machine interface 37. The AI protection net was temporarily deinstalled at the time the 36th interface released its grip on the human body (to take a break from net itch).

With 37 machine interfaces now completing the installment cycles, we are waiting on a new freight shipment from the Big Brain Technologies Medical Lab to begin to fulfill the next contractual cycle in approximately 14 days, making Humanoido very close to an AI machine and of obvious cyborg/android effects. The illustration shows exampling contact points of many AI machine interfaces representative of installations over several years. Wherever an AI machine interface was installed, a projection nub penetrates the skin during this invasive surgical procedure.

TransHuman Humanoido, part man part machine, has undergone surgery to implant the next successive AI machine interface number 30.

Under the current AI Machine Human contract, another four AI interfaces will undergo surgical implantation, one at a time with about a half month interval for rooting and recovery.

On the way though a doorway, Humanoido smashed into the frame and destroyed one AI machine interface implant. New AI Machine Interface Number 30 is being rushed to the Big Brain Technologies Med Facility and Laboratory. Being TransHuman half man and half machine is not without its challenges.

The implant immediately stopped working and AI data was terminated. Preliminary examination showed 40% of the interface took a hit and the brunt of the impact, with implanted embedded components ripped out of their human biomass positions. The mishap was reported and a replacement was immediately rush-summoned to the facility. Emergency same day operation took place. Today, the AI machine interface was announced EOL end of life and the data was nominalized with a new start date as Saturday, January 16, 2021 and a machine interface ID of 30. Interface 30 is implanted and now activated with its power source and undergoing a startup procedure. The startup is automatic once it begins and cannot be stopped. By high Noon, AI Humanoid TransHuman should be back with nominal operations.
