Heated debates of where we are along the evolution of the cosmic time line in relative space to vastly older civilizations continue. The new Gold Hexagonal Telescope is being scheduled to search the great cosmic sea and perhaps determine if we are alone in this quadrant of the galaxy or if we have an abundance of extraterrestrial neighbors. Earth laws were formed to prevent transmitting our location lest some hungry or territorial aliens might take advantage of a civilization whose technology is only a few hundred years old. Of course there is no limit to seeing and listening for a cultural discovery that could revolutionize mankind.
