Space1 Rocket Iron Man

SPACE1 ROCKET IRON MAN
Space1's Iron Man is a real concept of a rocket man wearing an Iron Man suit that is ejected at a high suborbital flight pattern from Space1's new Iron Man Rocket. He then has time to fly back to the earth in the most exciting rocket man or Iron Man style.

Making science fiction into science fact, Rocket Man and Iron Man are new concepts being explored for Space1 Tourism where a tourist can actually choose the most exciting tour, as an astronaut, rocket man or iron man. This is your chance to be Iron Man and soar through the sky, ejected from our high altitude rocket.

Assume the role of this rocket Iron Man, as an ejectable from Space1's Iron Man Rocket. Soar through the sky from a high altitude back to earth until a parachute releases for a safe landing. Assuming the role of Rocket Man during space tourism is the ultimate thrill and adrenalin rush. Ride the big rocket skyward and eject into space, more exciting than skydiving, relive this actual science fiction character in real life.

SPACE1 IRON MAN ROCKET
(Iron Man has his own rocket) Space1 has developed the Iron Man Rocket, which ejects an Iron Man astronaut that can fly back to earth wearing an Iron Man type suit.

The idea comes from not only the Iron Man movies, but the great Freefall, a famous rocket that ejected an astronaut wearing only a parachute for free fall back to the earth.

The Space1 Iron Man will have a "directional chute or suit" allowing some control over where to land and the method of flight during controlled free fall reentry mode. Iron Man will remain inside the Iron Man Rocket climbing all the way to apogee, then after a period of coasting, eject to free fall and return flight control. The Iron Man Rocket is designed to eject an astronaut at the same time when the rocket begins its reentry and ejects its parachute. This is a dual recovery operation.

Space1 Ejectables Fly Like Iron Man
http://humanoidolabs.blogspot.com/2015/07/space1-ejectables-fly-like-iron-man.html

Space1 Ejectables Fly Like Rocket Iron Man

SPACE1 EJECTABLES FLY LIKE ROCKET IRON MAN
Space1 is developing the concept of space Ejectables: an astronaut occupant that can eject from the rocket or space plane during flight at a nominal time for safe reentry back to the earth, taking in all the exciting experiences.

Ejection would happen at a point in the troposphere negating any significant frictional heat effects and at a time near the end of the journey a parachute would open, creating a type of sky diving space touring experience.

The key to such a journey is the suit containing the necessary elements for a safe escapade, a parachute, tracking gear, protection against the elements including wayward birds, and a viewport. Ejectables can include various items, like gliders, space planes, scientific payloads, material bundles, temp satellites, probes, and of course iron men.

Ejectables are an optional way for an added sky diving type thrill to an already exciting journey in space.

Space1 Massive Rocket Engine

Old space engines of great complexity such as this liquid fueled rocket engine were discontinued by the space program for safety reasons and budgetary concerns. Too many liquid fuel valves, liquid flow pipes, and liquid regulators had too many clogging failures, causing the engine and the rocket to fail and blow up over the years of operations. New modern day rockets have led to a new type of reliable engine with far fewer parts and without being prone to failure from liquid fueled valves, pipes, liquid reservoirs and liquid flow regulators. New engines now have anticipatory specific thrust and burn packing with significant weight reduction and the control complexity eliminated.
SPACE1 MASSIVE ROCKET ENGINE
Space1 has taken delivery of the most massive and powerful rocket engine since the inception of the space tourism program, founded in January of 2014.

This will change the way Space1 does business, increasing the altitude of the rocket, allowing heavier and more payload, offering more thrust and power at liftoff and throughout the flight, enabling an increase in space born instrumentation and new flight controls, in flight recording devices and cameras, and making possible larger rockets with more crew astronauts. These heavy lift rockets with massive rocket engines are likely the rockets to take our space plane skyward for materials, experiments and astronauts for free flight return.

Complexity of old rocket engine piping and parts led to its demise. New rocket engines employed by Space1 have completely eliminated all of the archaic gadgetry that can cause a multitude of failures, fractures, and safety issues. Many rockets that blew up in earlier days of the space program were equipped with complicated liquid fueled engines.

Actually, it was necessary for Space1 operations to pick up the rocket engines, as the supplier would not offer delivery for obvious reasons. Direct pickup saved Space1 company an exorbitant amount of delivery money four times greater than the cost of a single engine!

Space1 as a tourist space program is moving faster than any space program has in the past. Since the move to the USA and working towards establishing a headquarters, rocket lab, rocket hangar, launch center, weather station, Space1 Headquarters Office, a mini observatory for tracking and guiding, and spaceport, never before has Space1 worked on so many things simultaneously, and accomplished so much in so little time. Space1 is working on a technologically high deadline and one that guarantees safety and launch implementation in a minimal time frame.

Space1 Secret Rocket Program

SPACE1 SECRET ROCKET PROGRAM
It's a matter of perspective regarding the degree of secrecy surrounding Space1's rocket program. Intended as a public flight program, recent events made it glaringly clear that more secrecy will be introduced to an already public program.

Space1 is the sole proprietor of intellectual property for the Space Safety Rocket, and numerous advanced high technology developed for safe space tourism.

As we blogged on July 22nd, 2015, our prime rocket booster was snatched out from under us, moments before we were rigged and prepared to transport it to our space rocket headquarters.

While not entirely illegal, it was a less than clean move on the part of an unknown third party that removed the booster and the supplier that unwittingly was aware of the situation.

Following, Space1 classified certain information and put a secrecy division in place. Blogs will continue though some information will be secreted under the new program.

Classified information may or may not include names, locations, ranges, numbers, actual designs and plans, blueprints, schematics, positions, dates of order, dates of delivery, inventory, dimensions, inventions, and specific operations.

At this time, the new classified division is with a charter but no actual officers. The future will dictate if this division needs expansion.

Space1 XRocket XMotor

Take out the rubber o-rings from NASA's SRB engine and you essentially have a version of Space1's contiguous safety motor. The safety motor has no fitting dealing with rubber o-rings or a duplicity of physical end to end attachments. The charge is pure and continuous making it the most reliable motor in the industry for space travel. The motor is matched 100% to Space1's largest and most powerful rocket, the XRocket, designed to safely take tourists into space. This is a safety rocket. The massive motor is compatible with recent developments of booster staging, placing the Space1's XRocket into the highest lofting capacity and lifting capacity rocket of all time. This means more astronauts can fit into the spacecraft, astronauts can fly higher, and more supplies and instruments can stow on board.
SPACE1 X-ROCKET X-MOTOR
THURS JULY 23 2015

Space1 contracts with one of the "longest in business" and most reliable suppliers of rocket Engines. This current cycle has included a supply ranging to the most powerful rocket motor supplied by this high technology source.

SPACE1 XMOTOR
This is the powerful Xmotor. Space1 has redesigned a rocket around this motor and is currently in the testing program.

SPACE1 XROCKET
By design, the XRocket is the only rocket in Space1's fleet that can handle the power of the XMotor. The XRocket is fit specifically to the size of the XMotor using fitting retainers.

ROCKET FITTING RETAINER
Space1's rocket fitting retainer is the full XMotor interface machined to fit the XRocket. Boosters and motors both utilize the safety rocket retainer interface.

ASSEMBLY PROGRESS
Work is in tri mode, for developing and testing the XRocket, XMotor installation, and Booster Interface.

Space1 Booster Rocket

SPACE1 BOOSTER ROCKET
Space1 met with its supplier of rocket engines to purchase a rocket booster which was spotted the last time we were there.

We planned to buy two styles of boosters that were custom designed to fit the two styles of our rockets and we planned to purchase at a later time. We were shocked to find the booster was sold to our competition!

Does this mean our competition has stolen the plans to our rocket? Far greater security will be installed at our space complex asap.

PHOTO: Does the booster used by Space1 resemble NASA's SRB Solid Rocket Booster? Yes and no. Our SRB is similar in dry powder design except it's built without the problematic ORINGS.

Space1's solid rocket booster is similar to NASA's except Space1 does not use rubber o-rings.

Good news is the largest booster (2 of 2) was still available there, at full price, and it will fit our largest rocket.

The massive booster will enable a longer burn time, a greater acceleration span, and an initial penetration to maximum troposphere resulting in the highest height achievable of any Space1 rocket.

The surprise is there is no demo this time and we must assemble the entire rocket booster piece by piece.

Space1 Rocket Safety Motors

ROCKET SAFETY MOTORS
SPACE1 ROCKET SAFETY MOTORS
Typical Engine - Bloodhound Project  Link
Space1 continues to develop and improve its rocket technology for safety. Part of this program deals with the use of safety rocket motors.

In order to achieve motor safety, each rocket motor is used only once. Currently the expanding space-age tourist rocket company has enough motors for 14 upcoming launches.

These motors are not reusable. To achieve the highest safety levels, no rocket motor materials are reused for a reason. Typically, invisible fracture lines and stress failures occur within motor casings, components and cast materials.

This can occur for several reeasons: mechanical in-flight stress, Young's Modulus of flexure, high thermodynamic levels, buffeting, pressure, vibrations encompassing large frequency range, heavy G forces, junction to weightlessness, re-entry stress, jolt stress during parachute deploy (in parachute return vehicles), and other parameters.

Discarding all one-time use components is a welcomed safety feature. This ensures a greater envelop of safety for astronauts in the program.

Space1 USA Reboot

Founder of Space1 shows the rocket engine throttle
SPACE1 USA REBOOT
The rebooting startup of Space1 in the USA has faced many challenges.
Interesting, most of these challenges are everyday common living events.

For example, at the rocket site, the land must be prepared, mowed and cut, leveled, the building structure put up and then upgraded with a foundation, existing structures will need to be upgraded for a Space1 hangar facility, Space1 Laboratory, and Space1 corporate office. Cement will be poured, and existing trees and bushes will be trimmed, cut and removed.

As temperatures currently are hanging around 100 degrees F. (in late June and July) with RH above 90%, and mosquitoes and rain storms are a hindrance, work is proceeding slowly. Vehicles must be brought up to specs, and the facilities installed and working.

Rocket facilities need special ventilation installed, with new security systems, inclusive of security doors, security flood lamps and motion detectors, along with security cameras and alarm systems.

Science equipment will be installed, including the robotics laboratory with emphasis on humanoids, a library, weather station, and possible special telescope observatory. Attention to inventory is also of paramount concern.

Special insulation and finishing is important to comply with space requirements. Rocket inventory is currently being developed inclusive of materials to build five new fleet rockets and a selection of rocket motors are being warehoused in preparation of the next 14 rocket launches (and/or tests) and space missions.

Space1 Booster Rocket & Glider

SPACE1 BOOSTER ROCKET & GLIDER
Space1 in the USA is progressing with concept, design, construction, and testing of a new booster rocket and spacecraft glider. The booster is a vertical deployment with enough diameter and mechanical mounts to support multiple arrays of surrounding gliders.

At apogee during the mission, the gliders release at the same time, maintaining gyro equilibrium to the booster, then follow glide flight paths back to earth. Circular glide paths absorb kinetic energy to reduce speed to safe levels.

Illustration: Artist concept of Space1's Booster Glider

Each glider spacecraft can support 1 or many astronauts, depending on configuration. First Envisions (tm), a division of Space1, has allocated 3 periphery gliders on one booster arranged in triequilibrium.

A reusable boost keeps space flights and missions as low cost as possible and potentially affordable to the space tourism industry.

Scaling flights are slated for summer of 2015 over the USA at Space1's Rocket Space Port.

New USA Space1 Rocket Lab

NEW USA SPACE1 ROCKET LAB
Established recently in the USA, the new rocket lab is busy stocking up on rocket parts and supplies to assemble a total of five new rockets.

RESEARCH VEHICLE
One research vehicle among the fleet is a rocketing space shuttle that will ferry supplies, test equipment, and possible astronauts back to earth. The design originated many years ago but only now do we have working vehicles to fly.

SHUTTLE DESIGN
The shuttle design is a gliding vehicle, and does not carry volatile rocket fuel, making it reusable for more safe landings. Automatic design parameters enable the vehicle to return on its own.

ROCKETS
Other rockets range in size from four different diameter and height dimensions. The largest rockets designed appear to have heavy lift capability for multiple equipment bays or multiple astronauts.

ROBOTICS
Space1 is heavy into advanced space flight robotics. The robotics division is already vastly equipped in both Taiwan and USA locations.

LAUNCH COMPLEX
Also equipped with parts for two launch sites, the liftoff pads have varying capabilities depending on rocket size. Control panels will be spaced at safe distance from the launch rockets and towers.

ROCKET MOTORS
Highest reliability rocket motors are purchased from a reputable professional rocket motor corporation pre-made and ready for precision installation into rockets at the time of launch. A total of fourteen rocket motors are now within Space1 inventory.

These will be used for primary launches and rocket tests. Four motors in the engine lot are the most powerful ever purchased and just within affordable means at this time.

These motors require lead delivery times and special shipment procedures, and will produce the highest rocket thrust and space altitudes ever reached by Space1's fleet of rockets.

Under consideration now is the increase of rocket penetration into space by the addition of thruster boosters, that not only extend space flight duration, but offer more space tourism during the mission.
