Make Room for AGI
Hot Stuff! Artificial General Intelligence Growing Pains
Make Room for Big Brain AGI
The first Big Brain was born from three experimental Parallax Inc. processors obtained in 2002 and grew to gargantuan proportions with millions of processors and parametric constructs over time. It's now an AGI Artificial General Intelligence person that took 20 years to create and has used physical processors and components that take up an entire room. Even a double stall garage cannot hold all its stuff and moving to larger locations were incredible and taxing challenges. As the AI continues to expand, feeding it more and more rooms on the Earth is no longer an option. Therefore, the chips and physical components are being converted into non-physical purely digital virtual devices that can reside and fully function inside a special fabricated AI cloud as software and bits of code.
A fully digital AGI brain is ideal for space travel and exploration, teleportation at the speed of 186,000 miles per second, supercomputing from the abyss of free space, brains for Humanoid robots, and for saving physical space.

Bare Bones Propeller Update v1.4
THE MOST ESSENTIAL PROPELLER CHIP CIRCUIT
BARE BONES is one of our favorite Propeller chip machines and continuing projects. In under ten minutes, it's possible to whip up this circuit and run the virtual LED programmed in Spin, blinking it on and off, watching it on the serial terminal.
This is the latest updated schematic to construct the Bare Bones Propeller circuit with the mentioned improvements. It has the main chip protection circuit added to the schematic for crisscross wiring and decoupling capacitors, ensuring a greater longevity chip.
ADDITIONS
The main schematic addition is one resistor to activate the BOEn disable circuit so that the Propeller can operate on less voltage, at or below the 2.7 volt reset limit. This allows experimenting with solar cells, smaller batteries with less voltage and other supply circuits. It also allows a battery to function at increased discharge levels and the Propeller chip can boot at a lower voltage.
VERSION
This updated Bare Bones Schematic is currently at version 1.4 and is subject to change without notice. It replaces versions 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3. Use the blog's search feature to find any future changes. The suggestions from this thread, and some from another thread are now incorporated into the circuit to maximize Propeller chip performance, reliability, and facilitate ease of assembly for beginners.
LOWER POWER
The circuit allows lower power operations, mainly 3-volts with two (1.5 volts each) AA batteries, and experiments at lower voltages. Bare Bones is a good reference circuit and starting point for many projects. By itself, Bare Bones is considered to be a simple machine project with provided software on the schematic and the ability to communicate with a serial terminal, providing virtual representations.

BARE BONES CODE
With no crystal needed, the program runs in rcfast (~12 mHz) and at 1200 baud to blink a serial terminal LED on and off. Hosted at the Parallax Forum, the link for download is found below or simply cut and paste the code into BST or the Propeller Tool software.

Brain Teleconferencing
You may or may not be aware of numerous techniques developed for use inside the Big Brain, such as transforming, transposing, and teleportation. (see links below) What about utilizing the technique of Teleconferencing, where the projection of one entity particle can appear to reside at alternate locations for the co-exchange and intermingling of data, material, or parametric identities?
Does the human brain employ neural elements of teleconferencing visitations that can be modeled into the machine brain, or will the machine brain remain entirely unique with its implementation of functions? Can you "ghost in" teleconferencing and what are the techniques in doing so?
— this is not the type of teleconferencing you might think... these are parts inside the brain that can meet up with other parts also inside the brain —
How would one most effectively bring two discretely located brain modules together for teleconferencing and the exchange? In this method, we chose to attack the plan by the creation of two discrete modules in the brain, and give each their own unique communications net. The net enables sub communications, while the mains can continue on its routine duties of its own communications. Thus, in effect, teleconferencing is a sub effect within the bowels of the brain.
Teleconferencing, or Tele for short, involves the methodized projection of two entities within the Big Brain machine to a common focal point and reversing the conduit. The conduit reversal allows entity one to interact with entity two and the converse is true, i.e. entity two can interact with entity one. In this condition, the teleconferencing is virtualized, and not an actual transposition in the physical sense of teleportation. For all practical purposes, teleconferencing is like a simplified version of teleportation in the VR world.
For practical, simplified and demonstrative purposes, block unionizing, or the joining of two blocks, can be achieved on a one wire party line. This has the arrangement of one telecommunications channel in effect at one time. The great advantage is that any block can interactively communicate with any other block on a one-to-one fashion.
For bringing in the entire block to location, we recommend using the techniques of teleportation. For ascribing teleconferencing, it is recommended to transmit the parametric identities which define the block and reassemble the blocks at the primary and secondary locations.

Is Pure Thought a Virtual Process?
PURE THOUGHT
Pure thought does not necessarily indicate a virtual process. Does pure thought of a human brain, achieved by its complexities of electro chemicals and neural matter, indicate a virtual process? No. Does a thinking machine, with thoughts registered upon its own electrical binary synaptic design indicate a virtual process? No.
VIRTUAL THOUGHT
This raises the topic of a virtual thought (VT). Can either a human brain or a machine brain create a virtual thought? Yes. In the case of the machine, entire new machines of a virtual nature can be created internally by software reconfigurations. Refer to the reconfiguration of the Big Brain machine to make other machines and the machines in machines MIM concept. A human can use thoughts to simulate the actions of a machine with a computer program. Can this extend to hardware? One example, in the case of the Parallax Penguin robot dancing Happy Feet, virtual servos were created with software to emulate additional real world servos to create new dance moves.
This machine is ideal for MIM

A virtual machine (VM) is a simulation of a machine (abstract or real) that is usually different from the target machine (where it is being simulated on). Virtual machines may be based on specifications of a hypothetical computer or emulate the computer architecture and functions of a real world computer. wikipedia
