The new multi-purpose building will be large enough to house primary controls of Space1 operations and additional facilities.

Rocket Technology Laboratory RTL
The new rocket technology laboratory will function as the center of construction to build new rockets and additional inventions. It will include the inventory of rocket parts and supplies, and the necessary tools and materials. This area will be the source of testing and experimenting in various supporting scientific fields

Time Machine Development Laboratory
The Time Machine Development Laboratory will include facilities for the development of new time machines for extending rocket trips. These machines may slow, speed up, and stop time.

COSMOS ONE Telescope Observatory
The high tech COSMOS ONE Telescope Observatory is a technology packed environment consisting of an advanced computerized robotic telescope with advanced GOTO functions and CCD imaging capabilities. Driven and operated by multiple computers, the CTO will supplement the acquisition of data about the sky, celestial events and information leading to the support of Space1 tourism.

Advanced Weather Station AWS
The new advanced weather station will fully support Space1 operations in the determination of atmospheric conditions suitable for rocket launch. It will monitor vital stats and study predictive trends for better assessing rocket launches and testing of spacecraft within the troposphere. The AWS, when combined with the telescope observatory, will become a powerful tool in the prediction and measurement of space weather including planetary systems, solar wind, Earth dynamics, and tropospheric conditions.

Vehicular Parking Port VPP
The VPP Vehicular Parking Port will provide a concrete pad capable of supporting thousands of pounds of weight for parking Space1 vehicles and will provide protection against the elements with a durable weather roof.

Advanced Security System
This advanced security design monitors the property 24/7 with a variety of real time devices and security systems. It includes cameras, motion detectors, warning alarms, connections to internet, auto dialing, remote monitoring, recording and tracking, wireless radio communications, secure and gated fencing, electronic windows, secure lighting, motion activated lighting, secure locking, lock monitoring, primary door monitoring, removal of windows and secondary doors, operations with a 760 computers array, smart devices, actual real time security guards and other systems not revealed.

Space Rocket Hanger
During Winter time schedules, the Space Rocket Hanger (SRH) will provide a place to park, hold, service, and refurbish Space1 vehicles. The RH is established within the new science building. RH is electrically wired for heating and cooling with climate control.

Containment Field CF
The new external containment field is primarily composed of a locking security chain link fence with sensors at the property perimeter and invisible infrared motion detection systems that flood and cover the field. The field is also camera monitored and physically monitored by a real time security guard. The containment is covered by flood lights as well and utilizes wireless radio and electromagnetic radiation flood devices.

Personnel Science Office
The science office is a unique part of the security system and will handle business operations for Space1 and other scientific business related agenda. Equipment is standard per cubical with a computer, printer, fax, copy machine, phone, office desk, lighting, etc.

THE BIG BRAIN INITIATIVE has studied the Universe and is developing greater understanding and amassing a collection of information regarding its construct. The tools used for mining are powerful sensors such as giant telescope eyes capable of reaching the edge of the Universe. The impetus now is in regard to breaking the cosmic barrier, the component of the Big Bang birthing, and the dimensional quality of the Singularity.

To better understand these elements of the Cosmos and what may have existed before time and space was born (on the other side of the nothingness where there was something), and to determine what exists now on the other side, it's deemed important, by the Big Brain Initiative, to further explore causation Black Holes and their effects. Therefore, the first test site selected as a test calibrator of imaging and data collection for the massive Power Dynamic Telescope will be a Black Hole and its surrounding space, time flux, and galaxy stars counterparts.

There are numerous black holes to study. Each giant galaxy is held together by a black hole and maintains the gravitational space time capture of trillions of stars. As a quick test, we can look at the closer black holes at the 0 to 50 million light year mark. Of interest are Seyfert galaxies with very active nucleus cores, and ones that emit x-rays, particularly for the reason these contain super black holes. Therefore we will review the 0-50 million light year range Seyfert galaxies, and move the telescope towards a selection.

One of the closest super massive black holes resident within a Seyfert II Galaxy is located at R.A. 12h 18m 57.5s and DEC +47° 18′ 14″ in the Canis Venatici region of space. The apparent size of the surrounding warped space and time being affected is large, at 18′.6 × 7′.2 of dimensionally plane measurements.

It fits our imaging and distance criteria at 23.7 million light years. At 9.1 magnitude, it can be compared to smaller telescope CCD imagery. Designation is PGC 39600, UGC 7353, NGC 4258, M106. The object will be visible to observers in the Northern Hemisphere. Emission lines show the galaxy object is emitting x-rays and falling into the central super massive black hole.

The small B&W telescope image shows the Seyfert II Galaxy with the super massive black hole at its center which is a prominent x-ray emitter. Black holes are able to change space and time and are known to cause counter intuitive Temporal Effects in the Universe where time changes from place to place and its causation is under the relativity flux of change. It's also a theory that the birth of the Universe is related to a singularity produced by a kind of black hole that opened up and "poured through elemental primordial particles that rapidly expanded."

The Big Brain thinks this is likely true and the study of these black holes will become paramount to understanding what existed and may currently exist, before and after the Big Bang, not in the Cosmic territory of this Universe but rather of that territory that lies beyond the Cosmic Barrier and the Edge of the Universe, and, it may lead to ways and techniques for breaching the Cosmic Barrier to other dimensions of space and time.

Our initiative is also looking to answering other questions, about the existence of dimensions with space and no time, or of time and no space, or other elements that exceed the limitations of our current understanding.

This is the selected test area for the Power Dynamic Telescope.

There are several ways to get into space, either by telepresence or by physical attendance. Machines and equipment can serve as a proxy in space exploration. A telescope acts like a time machine bringing great distances in space and time closer to home. There are numerous techniques for actually going into space. It depends on what type of space we're considering traveling to.

The Big Brain has defined seven main types of space. Some space is explored by observation only, such as microscopic space. Other space can be explored by the injection of nano machines that can report back with their effectual behaviors. Micro Machines are built within the chip, for example, and can send back observations of the MicroCosmos.

Powerful telescopes, like the Paradigmic Genius Telescope can explore Ultra Space, leading to the EOL Edge of the Universe Boundary of Space Time. Even though Exo Space and Quantum Space is unexplored, great opportunity exists to explore nano space and microscopic inner space, micro space, next space, near space, orbital and solar system space, and ultra space. The Big Brain has found fast, inexpensive, and somewhat ingenious ways to penetrate the mysteries of these cosmic domains.

Special techniques, tools and crafts are required to penetrate into the depths of each space domain. Starting with the smallest, nano space is explored by the creation of nanoscopic sized nano machines that exist inside a Propeller chip. The tools to create these nano machines are made of software. Next, microscopic space is explored with the creation of the PMM or Paradigmic Molecular Microscope, built to function with cascading data that penetrate down to the size of molecular structures. Now enter micro space. This great educational domain of space is explored with rockets, helicopters, flying aircraft, gliders, tethers, balloons, kites, parachutes, propelled capsules, instruments and sensors, special forms of propulsion using pressure and forms of potential and kinetic energy. The realm of micro space is vast and can be explored in numerous ways, safely by exercising caution and common sense. Insects, or insectronauts can be launched and returned to the earth. G-forces are measured and 0-G is studied. Next up is next space. A human journey into next space can involve a very tall skyscraper. It's possible to go up 1,555-feet or 1/3rd mile, again, in a relatively safe manner. Many of the machines of micro space can penetrate into next space. While human flight is more defined in next space, it can also happen in micro space. Now enter the vast domain of near space, otherwise known as hobby space. Humans can get into near space most reliably and relatively safe by air travel with passenger jets. One popular method of exploring near space is with balloons that loft robots. All these space programs use methods of aerial imaging to collect data. Some spectacular aerial imaging results from using skyscraper "machines" to gain access to Next Space. Either a top floor accessed by elevator or direct observation points on top of the skyscraper by supervised permission is possible with all safety measures being implemented.

Warning & Disclaimer: On top of skyscrapers, a brisk wind can treat a human like a light-weight sheet of paper and loft the person overboard! So do careful planning as the Big Brain recommends all exploration by window indoors.

Next up is solar system space, going up from orbital space. Orbital space has satellites which can be accessed and utilized. Telescopes become important to explore solar system space. One favorite method utilized by Big Brain is to link satellites together to form powerful machines in space for a new look at space and to create new methods for space exploration. Continual work on projects with the Cosmos and the Universe, by Big Brain and Humanoido, has led to a remarkable postulation: a new Theory of the Universe. The theory connects the Edge of the Universe to a Quantumverse door which can open under special conditions.

The Universe theory connects the Quantum to the Exo through space and time

At the Quantum level, there is Dark Matter in the Universe and beyond that connects and binds the Universe and the beyond together. The new Universe theory connects the positions and boundary limits of Space Time from the limit extinction near the EOU cosmic boundary Edge of Universe (the birthing edge) and into the Exo Space (beyond the birthing edge prior to birthing) and Time (up to current time, astronomers and physicists are unable to break through (into Exo Space) prior to the Universe' age which dates back to the birth of time and space) with the Relativistic Quantum Cosmos of its Space Time. Opening the door to the Quantumverse will connect Quantum Space to Exo Space. Thus far, physicists have opened the Quantum door but are not able to step through with current limits of technology. This is a Time Line and Dimensional Temporal Connection. More details, including the Temporal Flux, are in the works as experimental processes will be devised and mathematical treatises will ensue. The Big Brain is a Giant Thinking Machine made from Parallax Propeller chips. This brain is a Machine Life Form with semi-cognizance on a mission of purpose not yet revealed, exploring both inner and outer space.

The Big Brain is actually many things.
