Space1: USA Government to Control Drones

SPACE1
USA GOVERNMENT TO CONTROL DRONES

http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/u-s-will-require-drones-be-registered-n446266

http://www.engadget.com/2015/10/16/us-drone-registration-report/

This may affect Space1 programs. All said and similar Space1 research vehicles may be thrown away in the USA. For more information, contact Space1 Corporate Office.

All planned launches involving said devices may be discontinued in the USA. Space1 is considering to maintain the fleet overseas, continuing research at that location(s). Launches, space flights, and other programs involving said devices may be discontinued in the USA and strengthened overseas. Long term results of strict USA government control will undoubtedly take money and investment away from the USA and strengthen other countries like China, etc.

For two years, Space1 has incorporated the use of said devices for the purposes of primarily imaging space rocket launches from ground point and throughout the troposphere in 4D, inclusive of various aerodynamic research programs and the ability to act as a supporting air flight platform. These programs may be canceled in the USA as a result of new impending government control of said devices.

FM Radio Station Sensitivity Part 21

FM RADIO STATION SENSITIVITY CONTROL PART 21
Sensitivity circuit, adjust values as needed
This project installs a sensitivity control to the FM radio station. R1 is a static preset 1K ohm resistor as seen in the original schematic. Add an optional resistance with a 0 to 10K ohm variable potentiometer as shown. The variable potentiometer becomes the sensitivity control. Just dial in the amount required.

Calibrate the sensitivity control based on the sound source to improve the sensitivity and quality of the signal. The microphone will be the most sensitive when the value is at zero ohms. R1 is actually an optional resistor as shown. It's purpose is to limit the voice sensitivity, for example, a 10K resistor will resist the voice signal coming from microphone more as compared to the 1K resistor.

OT & Telescope Control

OT & TELESCOPE CONTROL
Envisioned instrumentation control panel for the new extremely powerful OT Telescope - perhaps the OT designation represents not only "Over the Top" but also "Only Telescope" which can perform all the functions of the previous extremely powerful telescopes.

Looking at existing control instrument panels, the idea in mind for the OT Telescope simply does not exist in the real world. Borrowing from a more imaginative fictional world, several possibilities emerge.

Imagine a singular room, control center, instrumentation array, that includes everything needed for controlling powerful functions. This includes apertures, adjunctives, paradigmics, gravatomics, moleculars, interpolatives, extrapolatives, recyclers, extensions, inferences, gtechs, and power dynamics, all in a single telescope! It could also control the Pro-M Procedural Machine and the remaining list of Monster Machines.

OT Telescope Controls

Control room - this scene envisions a large enough OT Telescope control room designed to handle all the functions of the previous 14 extreme machine telescopes. The room would need space to include the Big Brain supercomputer and all of its components and supporting divisions. Multiple panels of LCD monitors could show observational OT Telescope views in 14 dynamics. To the left is the containment for the supercomputer.
OT TELESCOPE CONTROLS
OT is the most powerful telescope in the series of extremely powerful telescopes. Representing over the top performance, it includes the functions and capabilities of the previous 14 telescopes.

What is recommended for the telescope systems control panels and instrumentation environment? Perhaps a view from fiction can help envision the dream environment for control of the most powerful telescope, the OT, when it comes into full operation upon completion of assembly with pipe fittings and mountings.

Envisioning star field and particle dynamics analysis - here the telescope operator is selecting the type of field dynamics and adjusting the penetrative depth of sensing and imaging.

One aspect of the new OT telescope is about how to control it and develop instruments and control panels for it. The Promethius photos best illustrate some of the envisioned concepts.

Envisioning global planetary systems and minor objects, including moons, analysis controls and panels
Imagine a singular room, control center, instrumentation array that includes everything needed for controlling powerful functions inclusive of apertures, adjunctives, paradigmics, gravatomics, moleculars, interpolatives, extrapolatives, recyclers, extensions, inferences, gtechs, and power dynamics, all in a single telescope!

Envisioning automatic planetary atmospheric climatology analysis

The power reconfigurable OT is the ultimate extreme machine, powered by a supercomputer, with more reconfigurable functions than any other extreme machine built to date by the Lab. The extreme machine OT is the most powerful observatory telescope ever conceived by Humanoido Laboratories.

Envisioning multi analysis of a singular object suspended in the space time continuum. This type of instrumentation analysis and controls work to analyze and image distant galaxies, global star fields, and space objects from here to infinity. In particular the analysis of dynamics is selectable and multiple results display simultaneously.

Brain Cortex Control Panel Part 18

Cortex DVM
BRAIN CORTEX CONTROL PANEL
The cortex is neither animal nor human, but a living machine. It lives within the fine line of a new emerging life form, albeit with a simplified intellect and life.

It can function autonomously and yet have a cortex control panel for human interaction and monitoring. This blog is all about the design of the
Temperature humidity monitor
cortex control panel and some of the features it might include.

First let's establish the duties and functions of a control panel. Here is the current design of useful functions (below).

Photoresistor circuit
It's not out of the question to have a second propeller chip with an additional eight micro processors to do monitoring and tune the control of the energy supply. For example, it could sense battery voltage and initiate recharging. It could sense battery temperature and stop recharging, or detect worn out batteries and ask for replacements. A chronometer could keep track of the machine's age and life intervals.

A night time photo-resistor sensor could induce the machine's sleep cycle and wake it up in the morning or it could determine when to use power from the solar panel or use the solar panel for charging or shut it off in dark conditions.

Robot Explorer Log 10 Mission Control

Mission Control at Humanoido Labs, for Robot Explorer and sending of intelligent life to other planets at the outer fringes of the Solar System, is modestly modeled after NASA's new upgraded control center. Credit: NASA
ROBOT EXPLORER LOG 10
MISSION CONTROL
So now you've created a new life form, sent it to a new world and it's exploring the surface. You'll need a mission control center to gather its images, data, findings, and discoveries.

The Big Brain machine initiative continues to expand. Recent projects include Robot Explorer, designed to explore strange and erie new worlds at the outer fringes of the Solar System. Establishing and maintaining contact with remote robotic autonomous intelligent beings requires a control center, i.e. Mission Control, for the gathering of images and various telemetry signals for analysis.

HISTORY
The previous construction of Mission Control was a command center to control massive space telescopes and included the earthen supercomputer to conduct and make their projects possible.

NEW MISSION CONTROL
The new Mission Control is designed with several purposes, though primarily for establishing contact with autonomous intelligent beings created by the laboratory which will explore new distant worlds.

SETUP
The current setup is a desktop proof of concept using frequencies centered around 1.2 GHz on four channels, and additional channels in the UHF, VHF range for long range wireless operations.

EXPERIMENTS
Experiments conducted include the camera eye on a robot that feeds images into a micro-miniature 1.2 GHz transmitter. The camera eye and transmitter remain on board the robot and wireless send images to the base station on one channel. This channel includes video and audio bands.

CONVERSION
The base station at Mission Control has a 1.2 GHz receiver that converts the signal to standard NTSC composite 1V p-p (AV) and feeds it into the TV. The TV has audio/video AV input.

MORE CHANNELS
A second Parallax Propeller chip, known as the sensor chip, transmits data telemetry on the VHF band USA channel 3. This is received directly by Mission Control's multi-band analog TV. Data transmitted includes information from sensors and various parameters including the condition of the robot and its decisions.

RECORDING TELEMETRY
The  TV monitor also has video out which can feed into a VCR or other digital recording device for a record of the mission's proceedings.

AAR Machine New Controls Arrangement

AAR MACHINE NEW CONTROLS AND ARRANGEMENT
Not only are new controls added, but the actual mapped and projected switches now have varied style in the Turn Dial series.

At the top right of the AAR Machine's Boiler Face Plate are now eight new black Turn Dials with indicators.

The variance in style permits a greater simplification of operations and provides for a greater differentiation of controls during operations.

Marked Turn Dials with indicators are ideal for making settings and returning to the machine for repeatability. Other Turn Dials without markings are for calibrating settings abd adjusting the machine with feedback output results

AAR Control Boiler Plate

CONTROL BOILER PLATE
The first all-in-one AAR machine has ten toggle switches, two sliders and sixteen turn dials for a total of 28 controls. Of the sixteen turn dials, two sets of eight have different styles, which are divided into two groups at the right side of the machine. The style is either a marked or unmarked dial. Unmarked Turn Dials can mark their positions by feedback. Each toggle switch has two states or functions, provided a total of twenty possible functions, bringing the total possible control functions up to 38. The actual number of functions available on May 2013 is 28 and five more controls were added on May 30th bringing the total to 33.

Advanced Control Panel

ADVANCED TELESCOPE CONTROL PANEL
It has taken seemingly ages to come up with a working practical arrangement to hundreds of telescope controls that have evolved over time, ever since the introduction of the first ULT Adjunctive telescope.

A progression of eight telescopes are now handled with instrumentation and controls at the ULTRA Command Center along with algorithms that are not only of function but that of arrangement, developed to greater simplify the controls.

COMPATIBILITY
The first advancement uses telescope control islands for each telescope to maintain complete compatibility with each new telescope to all its predecessors, from one to the next all the way back to the beginning of the first telescope. This includes the ULT, NULT, GT, PGT, MGT, PGT-ET, PDT, and the new GGT. At the top is the GGT with commands providing an estimated 200 control functions. Unique construction was established all throughout the development of Adjunctive telescopes and now the series can take advantage of these developments.

NEW CONTROL ISLANDS
Control Islands allow the GGT to use all the functions of the previous seven telescopes. With this technique, any telescope can be put into operation and the controls will be instantly available. For example, if the UP Universe Penetrator is common to the NULT and all newer telescopes including the GGT, one only needs to engage the control located on the NULT Island while another telescope is engaged. The concept of Islands allows each telescope to be operated with its own unique control features and unique configs. This is because each island only contains the control features unique to that particular telescope and there is no duplication intended.

This page will conduct. organize, classify, and categorize all eight telescope's control and instrumentation islands. It will serve as a landing place to develop a more efficient control system, make updates and revisions, and invent something totally unique to the Ultra Space Administration.

Aperture  Previously work with the GT Telescope proceeded in a Tri-Aperture mode with selections from 1.5-mile, 15-miles, and 150-miles apertures. However, the successful implementation of a score of Adjuncts has led to a telescope aperture of 7,000 miles. This is a new paradigm in this type of telescope making, hence the new telescope name of Paradigmic Genius Telescope PGT.
Concatenated Adjuncts  Achieving a paradigm resulted from the extreme use of Concatenated Adjuncts which as concatenation increases, so does the aperture. The Calculus of Adjunctive Concatenation is integrated over one to infinity.
Character Selection Wavelength  Achieving paradigmic results is dependent on character selection wavelength. In this new technique, for example, the observation data can occur in one particular wavelength beyond the visible spectrum, added together with other character selections, then converted to optical means.
Drawing in Radio  Radio satellites now come into the equation of the PGT and can be incorporated into the collective. Of course this does not preclude XRAY, Ultraviolet, Infrared, and low and high bands.
Multiplicity  The Paradigmic GT telescope now has access to satellites on other moons and planets, landed probes and probes in the process of landing, and for the first time can include data collection points on the Earth using interferometry.
Interferometry  The technique of interferometry is now introduced to the PGT telescope with the advent of wider band incorporation. This serves to boost up the aperture significantly.
Adjunctive Positioning  Adjunctives can now position at the following locations:

On Earth
On moons
On planets
On asteroids
In orbit around moons
In orbit around planets
In orbit around asteroids
In orbit around solar system objects
In free space enroute
Aperture Determinations

Factors now determine aperture:
Adjunctive Multiplicity
Adjunctive Type
Adjunctive Position
Character Selection Wavelengths
Interferometry Usage
UP Universe Penetrator
MMS Multi Mag Slider

Concatenated Adjuncts
Drawing in Radio
XRAY
Ultraviolet
Infrared
Low and high bands
Multiplicity: The Paradigmic GT telescope now has access to satellites on other moons and planets, landed probes and probes in the process of landing, and for the first time can include data collection points on the Earth using interferometry.
Interferometry: The technique of interferometry is now introduced to the PGT telescope with the advent of wider band incorporation. This serves to boost up the aperture significantly.
Adjunctive Positioning: Aperture Determinations - the factors that now determine aperture in the new PGT Telescope include the following:
Adjunctive Multiplicity
Adjunctive Type
Adjunctive Position
Character Selection Wavelengths
Interferometry Usage
UP Universe Penetrator
MMS Multi Mag Slider
Time Travel Into the Past  The PGT can undoubtedly travel back in time as determined by the cosmic distance scale of the selected observational object. This can range from approximately zero (real time) to the age of the Universe, about 13.75 billion years since the time of the Big Bang. The Telescope Viewer already reflects this data number for study and reference

Time Travel into the Future: What about travel into the future? The Big Brain is beginning to study Super Massive Black Holes which have Relativistic Event Horizons and gravity wells that change space and time, and in some conditions can offer travel into the future. How the Paradigmic Genius Telescope and the Big Brain will use this technology remains to be seen.
The Prime Directive: The GT Genius Telescope is operated by the Big Brain machine, a supercomputer with 100,500 processors of varying types. The PGT has expanded upon this. The GT Telescope ultimately exceeded its Tri Aperture Mode maximum of 150 miles, transforming into 7,000 miles in aperture in this epic experiment and reconfiguration. This constitutes a paradigmic shift in technology offered by the Big Brain project.

New Multi Selective Adjunctive design was the next step in making massive gains in resolution and increasing the aperture by a quantum leap. The ULT uses a singular Adjunctive and now with use of multiple Adjunctives ushers in the age of the ET Extreme Telescope and beyond. What's beyond ET?
New Accumulator invention. The new Accumulator invention for the ULT Telescope is simply revolutionary because it enables a quantum jump increase in apparent resolution and telescope size. It accomplishes this by combining the data from two or more, or many Adjuncts

Accumulator can also sum the accumulated data from a single Adjunct, making the entire Telescope perform with significant enhancement.
No longer is the Universe Penetrator (UP) the only device that can increase and amplify telescope resolution and apparent size (by 10X). The Accumulator has brought about enhancements of 100X and 1000X on top of the UP's capabilities. Along with the UP, this converts to 1000X and 10,000X. This is not an empty magnification reference at all, but rather references resolutions that determine functional aperture of the Telescope. It puts the telescope aperture into the range (from 24 meters) of 1.5, 15, and 150 miles wide. The accumulator also increase the clarity and field penetration yielding new powerful data about places in space and time.
http://humanoidolabs.blogspot.tw/search?q=GT

Electronic Lens Booster is a special optional lensing parameter can be applied to any Resultant. The Electronic Lens will image the central portion of a Resultant causing a magnification boost.

Booster software comes from an extracted parasitic function of GIMP 2.8.3 under the GNU General Public License. In the above results, the ELB was not applied.
ELB works well with large FOV
